Wiree reserves the right to cancel, decline or withdraw any and all free shipping offers.
Will it cost money to have an account?
Unless you are purchasing any products or signing up to any ongoing paid services, then no, your account will not cost anything to have or create.
What if I have discontinued my account?
No problems at all. Please send a request to email@example.com to let our team know you want to close your account.
Is free shipping only available for online purchases?
Yes. If you place an order with us over the phone we will charge shipping where applicable. Our online system is built to auto calculate and trigger free shipping to orders where applicable.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are submitted directly to our warehouse for processing. If you wish to cancel your order, we will do our best to stop this prior to being shipped. If however, it has already left our warehouse, you will have to process a returns form to return any products.
My product arrived DOA, what do I do?
Unfortunately this can happen. Under the Australian Consumer Law you have rights and responsibilities that we cannot ignore. We will do our best to process and provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.
Emergency Calls (000)
000 – Connects directly to emergency services. You are advised to call 000 from a traditional landline phone or mobile, and not your VoIP phone.
Your Wiree VoIP service is a supplementary service designed to co-exist with your landline or mobile phone. Due to the nature of the internet, there are many outside factors that can cause calls to go wrong or not connect at all. For this reason, you are strongly advised to dial emergency numbers only from your mobile phone or landline phone.
What is IPND?
IPND is a voice industry-wide database, containing all active phone numbers and their associated addresses. This database is primarily used by emergency services to assist with dispatch to your location in the event of an emergency.
Due to this, and as required by law, it is critical that your IPND addresses are accurate and up to date. If you have multiple addresses that will have Wiree VoIP services, ensure you have added each address.
Do you support Multiple Registrations?
Wiree requires each device (i.e Desk Phone, Cordless Phone, App, or Softphone) to be registered as a separate Extension on the Hosted PBX. If multiple devices are registering to the same extension number, then there will be problems sending incoming calls to the devices as the server will only send calls to the last device that connected with that username/password.
To setup ‘twinning’, where a call rings in more than one place, you can setup a ring group with multiple extensions and/or external numbers.
You can upgrade your plan to add more extensions to your Hosted PBX.
Can I appoint an authorised representative?
We understand there may be consumers that need another representative to speak on their behalf. Here at Wiree we are more than happy to provide this ability. You can head over to our terms of service which outlines the steps required to setup and authorised representative.

What costs are involved in number porting (transferring a number to Wiree)?
There is a once-off porting fee to transfer each number ($25.00 per Category A/simple port) or group of numbers ($220.00 per Category C/complex port) or $55.00 for a 13/1300/1800 number. Please scroll down for rejection fees.
Once a number has been transferred to Wiree, there is no ongoing cost except if you have already used up the total number of DIDs included on your plan – then it would be charged at the excess rate of up to $2.00/month per number (dependent on your plan).
Which providers can Wiree port numbers from?
Wiree is able to port phone numbers from most Australian carriers and VoIP providers. We regularly port numbers from Telstra, Optus, AAPT, TPG, iiNet, MyNetFone, and many more.
